If only I could ...

Still searching the real estate ads in order to dream about the flat I would love to buy in Mersin. Today, I found this one: 170 square meters, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2nd floor of a building of 4 floors, brand new build (apparently). 115 000 TL. No seaview mentioned !

From what I see on the pictures uploaded, it seems to have a good potential ... Would be very happy to own a flat like that one and live there half of the year.
