Back to the real estate ad and to my dream to own one day a flat in Mersin. This one is located in Içel Merkez Mezitli. It seems brand new and is near the sea. I doubt about the sea view as it is on the third floor of 13. Not enough to have a seaview but it seems to be surrounded by nature which is good. From what I can see on the pictures it seems to get a lot of natural light. 200 square meters. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. 155 000 TL.

 

 

 

 

Not bad isn't it ? Off course I would paint the pink ceiling in white and replace the wall papers. But other than these little details, it looks perfect.
